J Fins is located in the Madison Barracks of Sackets Harbor, formerly the Barracks Inn. The restaurant has breathtaking views of Lake Ontario and Black River.  Our large seating area offers an outdoor patio and covered deck which serves as a lovely spot to dine during the beautiful summer days and evenings. Come in and enjoy a delicious meal, have a few drinks, or even just stop by for a pickup. 

New Hours:  Effective January 1st 2013  Tuesday-Saturday serving dinner from 4-10P.M.  Bar remains open til ?
